A sun-drenched home in Cooks Hill
This house in my hometown of Newcastle, Australia was designed by leading local architects Bourne Blue. With no street frontage and 10 adjacent neighbours it was no small task to design a home that delivered space, light and privacy for the young family who would live there. Double height living areas and expansive bifold doors helped to create a wonderfully spacious, modern and light-filled interior that seamlessly flows into the back garden.
Products specified: Woodform expression cladding, pre-oiled pacific teak cladding, Hardies Scyon Matrix cladding, windows and doors by Midcoast using Vantage and AWS system.
